How is that not the implicit assertion when the argument is the proprietor has the right/freedom to choose for himself?
If the argument that the proprietor should have the right, then I would say you should take that up with Adams, Franklin, Hamilton, and the boys.

I believe regulation should be enacted when necessary, no other time is it appropriate. This is a situation in which the market does not need regulation, it can self regulate.
