Why do they have to wait? It is never mentioned. I'm thinking insurers don't want it in there. Keep competition away.

It is a reconciliation bill, which means it has to directly deal with the budget, not create new pieces of legislation.
But like I said on the other page, it isn't going to do anything.

They have to wait because they don't have 60 votes (although they very well could after the 2018 elections).
