NBA plays about 3 games a week and MLB is about 6 games a week. MLB takes away your social life and is pretty much an everyday job. NBA is worse on the body but isn't near as life consuming as the MLB. I would rather have to do the NBA lifestyle than the MLB lifestyle.

I'm 33 and my feet kill me after my weekly pick up game. Basketball is just so hard on your feet and knees. An 82 game season must be grueling.
