Yep
Not really. The GA portion of the test (multiple choice) is pretty easy if you study. The word problem/calculation portion is harder but doable. I'm not an A/E so it was harder for me than someone with a design/engineering background.
Took an online prep class that my company offered. Basically read a study guide and went through powerpoint slides.
To me, yes as my credential now helps my firm win work. But the LEED movement in totem is not taking off like a lot of people thought. There are a lot of life cycle cost/energy savings questions being raised but all in all I'd say its worth it.
