Boulder population has increased 10% from 2010-2016.
Legalized in 2013, so not far off when you account for tourists & passer-thrus adding to the # of drivers on the road to nearly match that 14% stat

Does not appear to be a drastic correlation at all when factoring these variables

That's impossible. When I lived there in the 80's the city passed several ordinances to limit further growth.

Of course the city was run by morons then and probably still is.

Boulder actual has very little room to grow. They have prevented a lot of development, because of pubic open space land and development restrictions. That's a big reason why it's so damn expensive.

I bet the growth in Broomfield, Westminster, Louisville, and other cities is even greater than 10% over that same time.
