I'm just plinking with these. Really not terrible concerned with accuracy as I only have a 1-4 power scope on this rifle and an 8.5" barrel. This one is a load the gun, give to my son or daughter let them unload it, load another mag, had it over, load another... You get the point.
Plus, I can pick up buckets of .223/5.56 at my club. Not so much with 221 fireball.

I have not bothered with annealing. So far I have not had any issues with the brass cracking.

I just lube them up really good prior to resizing. They amount that it's sizing isn't very much so I don't worry about it.
