Following. Haven't built yet but bids have been coming back between 95-105 under roof

eta1: just saw you put under roof. nevermind

eta2: makes sense. mine is currently being built based on living, which is around 3300. but my total under roof is around 5300 and ends up close to $100 even.

Hired a contractor out of Kaplan to build my house in Maurice. 100% custom. Ended up at $135sqft heated without the land. Broke ground in may, moved in last week.
2500sqft heated/4800sqft under roof.

ETA: there were several out of pocket expenses to cut down on cost. We bought our appliances, entire flooring for the house, propane tank, installed carpet ourselves. Theres ways to cut down on the cost if you are handy.
