Add Canes to the higher quality employee group. They obviously have good hiring practices for a fast food joint.

Completely agree. When I think of good to great customer service in the fast food industry, my first two choices are always Chic-fil-A and Raising Cane's and it also helps that they have a superior product (considering what it is) vs. their competition.
