I disagree. Ronnie's is pretty damn good. It's not as good as Billy's, but it can hold its own.

Ronnie's boudin, especially the smoked, is better than Billy's. But Billy's is good. Ronnie's is just excellent.
Cochon's is ok, but Donald Link bakes it in a pan before serving, to make the skin crisp which throws the texture off.. then he serves it with pickles and mustard, which basically got him run out of Lafayette.
