Dude this is awesome you are doing great. Once you have made it this far you are just tweaking things to make changes because the fat loss gets harder. You are doing great though. Everyone has their favorite proteins... mine is optimum nutrition gold standard (choc peanutbutter is my fav) mixes great, taste great, 24gr protein per scoop and 130 cals. Mix with water, no need for milk... taste great without it

Thank you sir, and again thanks for all the help initially and answering my stupid questions. I am planning on taking a full week off from cardio/lifting next week, probably will fall of the wagon diet wise also, since I will be at the beach. That is why the protein question was asked, so when I get back I can get right back into what I was doing.
