Those Africa tables are jacked up. How is one group Congo, Libya, Tunisia, and Guinea. Then you have a group that is Nigeria, Cameroon, Algeria.
Also, although Egypt has a clear advantage, Ghana has Congo twice, Egypt at home, and I think in a must win they can win at Uganda. Ghana has the ability to finish 4-0 and get to 13 points in their group.

Africa's qualyfing system is the most difficult in the world, IMO, not because of the teams, but because of the structure. If you draw an unlucky group, you're campaign can be over before it begins. There's little margin for error with so few games, as well. How do Egypt and Ghana keep getting put in each other's way? That's like the third time in a row.
If not for the structure of CAF, CONMEBOL would definitely be the most difficult. 10 teams, and all of them are capable of beating you if you play badly. There are no easy points.
