Wouldn't pay attention to the rankings with Wire. Schools are recruiting him on potential due to his frame and athleticism.

He will eventually. He's far from a finished product, but they give high rankings to project guys with a very high upside every year in recruiting.
He'll be a low 4 star based on potential alone, but could move into the top 100 if he improves a lot during his senior year.
