I Row. Here I am training a few weeks back.
My best result is 7th at World Cup in the below 72.5kg class, Single Sculls 2000m. Weigh in is 2hrs before my first race of the day, so some water cutting is possible.
My GSLP based Strength split is a few posts above :)
