And that seems like a great place to be for the next couple of years as long as you don't have any more awful contracts and retain flexibility.

I still want to swing for the fences but you have to crawl before you can walk. This team has to get back to being a playoff team before they can even think about being something more. Become a top 4 seed without adding any difficult to move contracts and then you'll have the ability to attract the star level players that won't qualify for the new veteran extensions.
