You guys run around screaming why did we get out of the agreement, then when we tell you, you say, it wasn't binding! We didn't have to comply with it.
So, if we are not going to comply with the agreement, why was it so necessary that we be in it?

I just pointed out that the reasons provided by you and Andy aren't legitimate - we weren't required by the Agreement to do either.
My only comments about the withdrawal on this board has been that it's all form over substance on both sides.
