In the strip vs. ribeye conversation, I tend to enjoy the flavor of a ribeye more, but I seem to be cooking more strips as of late. They slice a lot more evenly and plate up nicely.

It's a toss up. If my life depended on it I would take a prime N.Y. strip.
Eta I achieved the perfect steak a few years ago. It was a prime strip. All I did was get my gas grill to 700 and blasted each side about 4 minutes. It was due to the cut and quality not the method.
