Those are crucial questions. I pose them back to the group:
(1) One master thread or numerous threads? My vote would be one master for search-ability purposes down the road.
(2) Finish entire book before discussion or discuss each segment as it is completed? I say we discuss as we read along while thoughts are fresh and to make sure we are able to drill down on as much as possible without overlooking anything. I don't think we'll have a big "spoiler" problem with these kinds of books, so I'd suggest folks are open to begin discussing the first assignment as soon as Monday. Obviously, we can always return to previous discussions and what not even after we've moved on - the timelines are really just to keep us chugging along and make sure we're all moving at around the same speed, but I don't want to curtail the free flow of information in any way.

So we discuss the book on this board??
I think opening a Slack account would be optimal. You can categorize books and have a separate "general" section.
Discussion should be broken up into chapters or sections imo

I think one master thread will be good for now, but perhaps a link to the page of each new book discussion in the OP will be helpful. I have no issue with separate threads with links to the old discussions.

Discuss segments as completed.
ETA: I am not familiar with Slack, but will be happy to use that if it is easier for everyone.
