She can make all the statements she wants. I don't think there's anything she can say which will undo the damage.
I do not believe for a second that she is sorry for the photo. She is sorry for the reactions to the photo. If you read her apology, she's pretty clear about seeing the responses. Saying "I get it" is pretty lame, too.

I don't believe for a second that she didn't take that photo knowing the consequences. People are talking about more than they ever would have ever again.
The best thing people could do is ignore her and let her fall back into obscurity.
