re: Poverty is a moral failure

In the US poverty is a moral failure for the one in poverty.

For an adult to be in poverty when they don't want to be in our country is an indictment on that person more than anything else.

In countries like N. Korea, Venezuela, or Africa its a moral failure on the part of their leaders.
