BVB had two successful years with Thomas Tuchel, in which the sporting objectives were met. However, we – Michael Zorc as sporting director and myself – and the coaching staff had also worn each other down during this time. In fulfilling our managerial responsibility — and Dortmund are in this way no different than any other club or business — it’s not only about results. It’s also always about basic values like trust, respect, ability to work in a team and communicate, authenticity and identification. It’s about reliability and loyalty.

This is classic behavior of an elite football club. Why pay the fees to a super agent when you can just hire him? Wolves stacked, league fricked
Wolves were only seven points clear of re-assignment to one off tGOATpionship. This is their third manager in eight months.
After getting to spend the last three years in Valencia (one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to) and Porto (which is supposed to be great), I am sure Santo will love the Midlands.

I bet they go after Lucien Favre.

That seems to be the logical move.
Interested to see if this makes the Pulisic camp more interested in moving to another team.

Probably not bc he was brought in by the director of football

Reassignment brings out the best of one's streaming capabilities.

Selfishly, I hope he moves to England. The NBC Premier League coverage is 10x better than what FOX is doing with the Bundesliga. A couple more years in Dortmund would be fine but I think he's a mature enough 18 year old to handle the scrutiny that would come with a move to England. Also, I'm just sick of being forced to watch him on standard def FS2
A reunion at Liverpool with Klopp would be great.

Pulisic and Klopp barley over lapped at Dortmund. Pulisic was a youth player then when Klopp was there.
It's not a reunion at all

You're right, it's not a reunion. But the connection is there. I'm not the first to bring up the Pulisic to Liverpool because of Klopp thing, to be fair. Whether or not it's simply an unfounded rumor, it has been widely reported as being a possibility somewhere down the road. So much so that Pulisic and Klopp both have answered questions from the press about it.

ETA If the rumor were Pulisic to Manchester United and the circumstances were the same, I think your attitude on the subject would be different. But by all means, carry on with your condescension and eye rolling my friend It's what you're good at.

Honestly it's a small connection and mostly wishful thinking since he's a United supporter
Now you're being full of shite
I'm telling the truth don't get defensive

Right. I'm sure his lifelong support for United will get in the way of a move to a massive club in the biggest league in the world.

Actually lots of players won't move to certain clubs

The circumstances are always way more extreme and personal for something like that to happen. He's an 18 year old American with zero connections to England except for his admiration of United when he was a young boy. That's not exactly enough info for you to speculate him turning down a Liverpool move. But you know this. You're just being a dick. I get it. Have fun with it.

He spent a year living in England at an English youth academy and went to United games

Well that settles it. He will never play in England if it's not in a United shirt.

Ok. You're kinda always a dick to everyone on the SB. I don't care really just typing out what I see buddy. I think you act the way you do on purpose. But maybe not, I don't know. Being a condescending dick just comes natural to some more than others.

You are super defensive

Na buddy I just pointed out the consistently shitty way you talk down to posters or shoot down ideas that don't jibe with your own.

It was never personal man get over yourself. You made the point that the Klopp/Pulisic thing would not be a reunion and you were right. But the idea of him turning down a Liverpool move because of his United loyalties was a major reach. You knew this so instead of having a decent back and forth on the topic, you went the traditional route of the snide, smarmy, all-knowing American soccer fan and acted like a douche.
