The foulathon at the end of basketball.
The final minute of the game of basketball is completely fundamentally broken but it's been that way for so long it's now been accepted as a legitimate part of the game and strategy and what not.
The rest of the world seems to just be able to not notice or care, but I can't help but to see the idiocy of it.
