To be quite honest while stretching is great, you need some air squats, step ups, and burpees in your life....the hip flexors need to be initiated in a concentric movement in addition the stretch for quicker results

I do some mobility before I lift. I'm sure that's good enough.
Stretching is great but I only have so much time to lift, stretch, do cardio and hold a full time job. :)
