I met one in Jacksonville through some friends when I was stationed in Georgia. He was a gigantic white dude (looked kinda like the Undertaker) covered in tattoos and wearing a bandanna on his head. One of the people that knew him pretty well told me to ask him what was under his bandanna... so I did. He took it off and had a swastika tattooed across the entire top of his head.
That's my lasting impression of the Outlaws.
