To the extent you assert it is all curcumstantial "evidence," from a purely legal perspective very little of it would come in as evidence. There are facts that would come in then the rest would be ipse Dixit testimony of counsel trying to pull it together into a conspiracy theory.

This would not meet any burden of proof in any court.
