Graduating high school isn't some huge accomplishment, unless the kid is the first one to graduate from high school in the family.

I mean...were the water guns orange, yellow and green??? Or were they black, and when coupled with ski mask could have been looked at as a threat at first?
Let's not forget that people are absolute snowflakes, so if 2 people had a panic attack it doesn't necessarily mean it was black water guns.
If it was black guns, they deserve what they got. If it was brightly colored water guns, combined with water baloons...give me a break.
