Did squat test day last night and bench test today with my program HFP training.
Squat test
275x3, 315x3, 365x1+( did 6), 370x1, 375x1
OHP power
145 3x5
Rows Hypertrophy
225 3x8
Bench Focus
185 3x8
Bench test (elbow hurting from last program)
265x3, 300x3, 335 x1+ (did 1 due to hurting a little) no 1s
Front squat power
155 3x5
OHP Hypertrophy
105 3x12
Deadlift focus
225 3x5
I might take a break on bench and do DB flyes to help my elbow. I think I worked it a little much on the last program I did and increased bench weight rapidly.

Question: When is a good time to take an off week?
I just finished my second month of Stronglifts, and I've felt very lethargic the last week or so. My appetite isn't what it was when I first started. I'm also failing a lot of workouts, and feel unmotivated all together.
I think my body is just taxed. Should I take one next week?
