Today both sucked and was fun. Started at 8:30 and ended around 11:30.

Fund raiser for the sister of 3 girls at the gym who has cancer.

WOD 1: 3RM Front squat after a clean.
205 for me. Lack of Oly work is showing these days. I should be mucher higher. Partner hit 315.

WOD 2: 60 DB snatches, 60 toes to bar, 60 wall balls, 60 CTB pull-ups and 60 DB snatches. Split between your partner.
11:43 Rx using a 50lb DB and a 30lb wall ball.

I think we miscounted our pull-ups and did 65-70 there, and that 30lb wall ball sucked.

WOD 3: Double Grace at 135
3:38 Rx

Could have gone much quicker here but he wanted to go 3 reps at a time. Just a note: 3 reps isn't enough to really catch one's breath.

WOD 4: Relay 400M run followed by 30 synchronized burpees and another 400M relay run.

My partner is a regional CF athlete and pushed me on WOD 2 and WOD 4.

That 2nd 400 immediately after 30 synchronized burpees sucked!

20 Weighted crunches
50 bicycle kicks
200m run
