This is a tough one. I've been annoyed at small things like this and imagined all the ways for justice, but I'd never waste my time doing them. I do enjoy a good over the top gesture out of principle, especially if this chick was a bitch, which I have my suspicion she was considering texting in a movie theater.
But this dude took a 35 year old woman for a $4 pizza and a comic book flick for a first date, so I think I hate him. That she drove makes that hate stronger.
Since she did drive, she should sue for the amount a taxi would have charged him for a ride to chucky cheese and the movie theater. Beta bitch.
