If you price your home accurately right in BR area right now, it will sell no matter what. Houses are moving quickly.

It still blows my mind how fast BR is growing. To my knowledge, there isnt any difference from 2006 (when I left br) till now

can vouch, went look at a house as the first viewer of the home put for sale a day after it was listed, it was sold without viewing while we were walking through the house
