I'm in favor of it.
It says if you didn't attend many of the games and sold the majority of the tickets on the secondary market this is the consequences you face. One guy sold the majority of them for 3 years. This seems reasonable.
I know the Saints have also warned about selling through unofficial means. Teams are not going to let you profit off of them. Especially when there's so many other fans who want those tickets.
If the waiting list is actually that large, they need to move the tickets around.
