The Putin dick-riding you speak of was no different than Pepe the cartoon in politics. It was trolling Obama
See my last post. No POTUS in my lifetime was more accommodating to the Kremlin than POTUS Obama. Obama's weak foreign policy accommodating the Kremlin and terrorists made any world leader or politician look better and NOT WEAK.
Putin is a former KGB agent and is a conniving tee total POS. But he owned Obama in their shared love of marxism.
