Just wondering can a felon be approved for an OSHA card. There had to be a lot of crappy plant jobs out there that pay decent money.

OSHA doesn't do a background check so it's not an issue. TWIC does do a extensive background check and certain felonies will exclude you such as crimes involving a gun, explosives, or terroristic crimes. Maybe all violent crimes too but I'm not 100% sure on that one.
