why can't people enjoy the greatness of Lebron? you don't think he's top 5? so what. dude is the best in nba for 10+ years. i wish message boards were around during Jordan's prime to see how he was compared to Magic and Bird.

Well you were wrong. People love "hot takes." and then they wonder how shows like First take and guys like Skip "the GOAT" Bayless are popular

LeBron and Jordan are the only two possible answers for GOAT

And can we retire the most overused word by potty-pants sports fans...GOAT?

Goat used to mean for 100 years...the opposite of greatest of all-time.

The heel...

Goat...

He's a real goat.

So to recap...everything that happened yesterday isn't the greatest shite you ever took...and every box of Top Ramen you just bought isn't the greatest food of all-time...and the last movie you just saw isn't the best thing ever.

And no LeBron isn't a traditional goat, nor is he your GOAT. He's just a really good player...and they come and go. Get over it. Everything happening right now isn't the best shite ever. You are not the best shite ever. And your sport is at its lowest point since the 70's - NBA...now that's goat talk...

The fact that this board has allowed this thread to go 27 pages is disappointing.

I thought we were better than this.
