This. You have to be like Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan posted on page 1 to be actually in any danger. America is just so used to fatasses that their idea of normal is thicker than we humans actually need to be.

It's cool if you're into thicker women Just don't assume someone is unhealthy for being thin. Being overweight comes with 10x more health problems, many of which can disappear as you lose weight.
