I expect you to give the man one year to get his house in order. I think he will win 10 games this year with a much more exciting brand of football than that boring shite miles trotted out on the field.

Year two....we should be building off that if the both coordinators stay. All O has to do is manage...not micromanage...something Les couldnt help but doing.

And in reference to your "steaming pile" comment you seem to be in love with, I was referring mainly to the QB situation....which IMO is a steaming pile right now.
