About to harvest a bunch of spaghetti squash from my garden. What are some of you guys favorite recipes?

I've made chicken spaghetti with it before, but you have to add it at the very end or it will almost dissolve.

My wife cuts it in half lengthwise then gets out yhe seeds. Then she puts a little water in the depression from the seeds and bakes it until done. Then scoops it out and mixes it with butter, sour cream, garlic and cheddar cheese. It's really good.

I usually just roast then top with Rao's and meatballs. But here is a more decadent recipe I've made before:

cut it in half, scoop out the seeds
rub EVOO on the inside part along with S & P

I've done the scampi recipe before. It comes out great.
I've also added some zucchini to it that I grated.

I cook it in the microwave until it can be forked out. Then add it to a pan with some mushrooms, onion and worchestshire. Throw in some parm cheese and eat up. I do this same recipe with zucchini instead of the squash. Makes a great side with any squash.
