Yeah no doubt. I was born in 77 so 80's pop is right up my alley but even I have heard songs from the first soundtrack a lot.
GOTG2 had some that sounded very familiar and some that I don't think I've heard before.

I was a kid in the 70's. Almost all the songs in Vol.1 were standard AM radio songs that were played a lot. I'd say about half of Vol. 2 fall into this category. But this makes sense because anyone who's made awesome mix tapes knows that your first is usually the best. Tapes made after the first contain more filler songs.
