If the water isn't potable, why should they have to pay for it?
I feel like this would make for a great lawsuit.
The article contradicts itself:
The water crisis in Flint, Michigan, is entering its fourth year, and residents are still a long way away from having potable tap water.
A couple of paragraphs down it says:
Today, drinking water in Flint is in compliance with federal regulations, but local officials have not announced it's safe to drink. Many residents still don't use the water and oppose paying for the utility.
so, what is the truth? Is it potable, or not?

Which is why Trump should have the EPA there, and announce once and for all, is the water safe to drink? I sure wouldn't take the city's word for it at this point.

If local officials don't feel comfortable declaring it safe to drink, how can they feel comfortable charging residents for it?
