Lets do a little math..

So we get 3,004,075 lbs total. They say 81% is caught in state waters. So that leaves 570,775 lbs for 3 days. Say an average of an 10 lb snapper which is very generous with as many small ones out there. Roughly 57100 snapper to be caught. If a person limited out 3 days in a row, it would equate to 9600 anglers total every day. So you gonna tell me almost 10,000 people are gonna be fishing three days in a row on a Thurs-Sat?
