I like to fish so if it was me I would take a couple days and do that. Maybe FL Keys, Cuba, Mexico, Belize, etc...
Also without a wife or gf in tow you don't have to stay at the nicest place in town and could get by pretty cheap (main cost would be guide and flight).

Love to play golf, wake surf, fish, snow ski, etc. Pretty much anything outdoors.
