Technically once she reaches the dugout she is out. Anything before that she is allowed to return and touch home.

Then the ball shouldn't have been back in play... she did hit the live ball for her play over the fence after all.

I think the teammates getting involved might affect this as well.

In baseball rules, there is nothing about the dugout.

It says, "(4) He fails to touch home base and makes no attempt to return to that base, and home base is tagged."

Generally umpires interpret that as, unless they immediately try correct it and to touch home base, they have not made an attempt. Celebrating with teammates and heading back to the dugout would not be making an attempt to return to that base.
