Guy at work asked me for help with his Outlook. I immediately saw that the problem was that he had a ton of stuff in his trash folder. When I went to empty it, he stopped me and said he wanted to "keep that stuff".

Turns out he'd been hoarding every nudie pic and video that people had sent him over the years. After I explained to him that keeping it in his trash folder meant that he was still in possession of it, and that it looked way worse that he had turned his trash folder into a designated porn repository, he deleted it all.
