For giggles I watched Dave answer questions regarding inflation; and he hasn’t budged. Still says put 15% into your 401(k) and pay your mortgage down with everything else
It should be borderline criminal as a financial advisor to suggest someone paying down their mortgage that aggressively in this low rate, inflationary environment
Paying anything above the minimum right now is an emotional decision, not a mathematical one. Throwing everything at it is ridiculously stupid.
