You can maybe get into it by going in Recovery mode.
Open iTunes and connect phone
Do a hard restart but keep holding the buttons down even after you see the apple logo, it will go into recovery mode. (I think if I remember right if you have your iTunes account password you can get into the phone)
If not, good luck with your long phone calls with Apple.
