I'd put in a covered pan in the oven. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of water on top and seal tightly. Don't stir.
ETA: since it's frozen in a bag, maybe you could take it out of the plastic, wrap it tightly with foil and seal well. Do add a small bit of water.
