Stick with it. I lost 70 lbs 8 years ago and have kept it off. Its a marathon, not a sprint.
Eat high volume food that keeps you full longer
eat more fiber, non starchy carbs, and up your protein.
start small. Lift if your healthy enough to. Weights and cardio is much better than cardio only.
I love to read and learn more about nutrition and fitness.
My favorites
Bodybuilding.com nutrition forum. Its the largest on the web and has a ton of good articles and advice
Avatar Nutrition- Dr. Layne Nortons fitness tracking program. Its really good and advanced
Reddit nutrition forums.
