That's extremely hard to do. I've cut carbs myself and get about 15-20/day. Unlesss you're eating meat and cheese almost exclusively I really don't see how 10/day is possible.

3 days a week I will have nothing but meat and egg beaters. The vegetables I eat the most are broccoli, green beans, and spinach. I'll have a small glass of skim milk some mornings. Boiled eggs up to 6 a week. I'll use a mixture of brown mustard and hot sauce if I want a dipping sauce for meat. The most carbs I ever get with a meal is from light mayo if I make tuna or chicken salad or light dressing on a green salad. I'm basically doing a version of the Dukan diet.

Yes. Invest everything you have liquid and equity in a new business, work so hard dusk till dawn you forget to eat and nibble something small for breakfast and a granola bar for dinner. After 3 months I promise you will sit down at a "normal" dinner plate and after 3-4 fork or spoon fulls you will be stuffed.

man, and i thought I was hitting the diet hard.
You might want to think about adding some more fat to your diet.
