Lightly pull it away from the wall. Don't force it. Check behind for mold and moisture. If there's none put a shite ton of power grab behind it and keep it pressured against the sheetrock. Let it dry a few hours and caulk all the edges. Paint to cover up any damage.


Just did the same thing at a remodel. Worked like a champ. Had an 8' 2x4 cut it down to wedge across shower after putting power grab. Done.

After you apply the adhesive, lower the shower curtain rod and use it to apply the pressure. Then keep the rod at the upper corners of the panel.
