Not sure why everyone is up in arms???
My understating is she plead guilty for having sex in St. Charles Parrish and was now charged with having sex in Jefferson Parrish. And there was no evidence of it happening in Jefferson. So she is still guilty, just not in Jefferson.
Is that correct??

I think the general consensus is she got slapped on the wrist for something that a guy would be thrown under the prison for if the gender roles were reversed here.
