You wouldn't. Sometimes they'd leave you alone so they can bang, sometimes you join them. It's kinda like having two dogs. The second helps keep the first occupied while you can relax.

This is just a polygamy loophole. Which really was only made illegal for religious reasons anyway. Who am I to judge how someone else wants to live their life? It has zero effect on me. And under their circumstances, is pretty damn smart.

If the mom married the girlfriend, that would be perfect for him. They're getting divorced already on great terms. They're still together. If the later women split, mom is only entitled to what they set now, which is probably nothing exchanged and equal custody.
The reason question is, what are they negotiated sex rules. Can he bang either one whenever? If so, that dude is a capeless hero to millions.
